Hotel Information

We are pleased to offer a wide selection of hotels around the congress venue (DCC, Daejeon). Room reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. If the rooms blocked have been filled, we might be unable to secure further hotel rooms offering the special rates quoted. Therefore, you are kindly advised to make your hotel reservation as early as possible.

The deadline for reservations is June 25, 2010. After confirming the hotel reservation, the secretariat will send you a confirmation via e-mail.

  3. The reservation must be accompanied by your valid credit card information by June 25, 2010 to guarantee your room reservation. All hotel charges guaranteed by credit card information will be settled when checking out.

Cancellation Policy

  • All changes or cancellations of accommodation should be forwarded to the secretariat by e-mail or fax.
    (Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.)
  • A 1 night’s fee will be charged from your credit card for cancellations made on or after July 3, 2010.
